Delete Data

Clear progress on this device

Most progress lives only on your device in the local save file (for example Godot’s user://cloud_starlight_save.cfg). Clearing that file resets unlocks, stars, items, and stamina.

How to reset locally

1. Uninstall the app or game build, then reinstall for a clean start; or
2. On desktop Godot builds, delete the user data folder for Starlight Match / 云朵星光物语; or
3. Use any in-game “reset progress” option if your build provides one.

Request deletion from us

If you used a contact form, email, or a future cloud-save / account feature, email delete@starlightmatch.example with the subject “Delete my data”. Include your platform (iOS / Android / Web / desktop) and any account ID or email you registered with.

What we remove

We will delete personal information we hold that identifies you, subject to legal retention duties (for example fraud prevention or tax records, if they ever apply). Local files on your device must be cleared by you as described above.

Timing

We aim to confirm deletion requests within 30 days. Local resets are immediate once you remove the save file or reinstall.
